A Year of Impact and Gratitude
As the year draws to a close, we reflect on the incredible impact we’ve made together at Footprints Center for Autism, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for being part of this journey. Your support has helped us provide vital services, programs, and resources to individuals with autism and their families, allowing them to lead more fulfilling lives.
Program Growth and Impact
Since opening our doors in 2018, we’ve had the opportunity to help more than 50 students learn and grow through our summer and school year programming. This year alone, in 2024, we have:
- Provided over 1,050 hours of occupational therapy for children in our program
- Provided over 1,000 hours of speech therapy for children in our program
- Provided over 2,900 hours of special education for children in our program
- Hosted inclusive community events like our Inclusive Trunk or Treat event
- Collaborated with other community programs to provide support and guidance for supporting individuals with autism
Looking Toward 2025
While we are incredibly proud of all that we’ve accomplished, we know that there is still much work to be done. We currently have many students on our waitlist and understand that program growth is vitally important for continued impact in our community. In the coming year, we are planning to:
- Continue providing individualized programming for the children currently enrolled in our program
- Facilitate organizational growth to allow us to take on additional students from our waitlist
- Continue to enhance and refine employee training and overall programming to provide the best quality of care for the individuals in our program
