Joe, our salesperson, spent a lot of time with us, answering questions and providing information. As we were not sure if it was safe to drive our 16 year old trade in, ( brake issues? )he provided a tow truck to tow the car to Subaru. After he had our new car detailed, he brought it to our house on a cold, snowy day. I don't know how many other salespeople would have gone to the extent he did. Erez, the Love Encore specialist, was very knowledgeable about the interior of the car ( or as my father would have said, "the toots and whistles" ) and said he will be checking in with us in a couple weeks to see how things are going and gave us his card, encouraging us to call with any questions. Our financial person ( I'm sorry I don't remember her name ) was quick and efficient, and made an otherwise painful situation, lol, very tolerable. All around, it was a good experience!

First thing, they looked at the problem, advised me it was not an immediate issue, and that I could make an appointment to get the full issues sorted. Spent the time trouble shooting just because I drove up. My fault because I did not clarify that I did in fact have an appointment! No noticeable difference between the drop in versus every time I live come in for a scheduled appointment. I decided to keep the appointment and they had a look see. Solved the issue and handed me my keys back without charge. This is the reason I drive all the way out to Painesville even though I pass other dealers on the way. The service and attitude is well worth the miles."

When I arrived at Subaru for a lube job and tire rotation Jim reminded me that the tire rotation was free because I bought the tires from Adventure Subaru. The work was completed in less than a half hour and before I finished my first coffee when Jim called me. Jim was very personable and efficient and credited my bill with a Subaru coupon I received in the mail. Jim also went over the multipoint evaluation of my car showing me everything was in good shape. The Adventure Subaru Service Department is excellent! It is why I will be looking at buying my forth Subaru sometime down the road. Thank you."

"Friendly folks in the service department. Pricing for tires was consistent with tire dealers, repair work was priced 'as expected' for a dealership. Took longer than promised but they did provide a free loaner!"
