Internet Sales / Business Development Representatives

Adventure Subaru is a growing automotive retailer that is looking to hire Internet Sales / Business Development Representatives to join our Business Development Center (BDC). BDC Representative Qualifications:
1-2 years of BDC / Internet Sales experience; automotive setting preferred
Confident, pleasant and professional phone voice
Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
Take direction well
Must like being part of a team
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Clean background check

Internet Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
Set appointments
Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance on our vehicle offerings
Provide superior customer service and achieve highest degree of customer satisfaction
Work in close partnership with sales consultants to provide qualified leads and detailed information on customer requirements
Meet specified monthly targets and goals
Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Contribute to the overall success of the dealership by working with all customers, teams and departments collaboratively and professionally with a positive attitude

Salesperson Representative Preferred Skills and Experience:
Prior customer relations or BDC experience preferred, but not required. We are willing to train and develop the right individual.
Excellent customer relationship skills
Self-starter, motivated and success driven
Confident, positive and high energy presence
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented with a desire to achieve both individual and collective goals
Must be able to pass background and drug screenings
