Job Role   

• Perform multi-point inspections on customer vehicles
• Recommend needed maintenance and repairs
• Complete light-duty services, oil changes, tire rotations, filter and wiper replacements
• Occasionally assist main shop technicians with repairs
• Train and develop to move up as a technician

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Four weekdays of 8 hour day shifts, plus every Saturday

Our business is growing quickly, and we have room for another full-time technician at our Painesville, OH location. We are looking for a B-level technician or higher to join our team. This is not an entry-level role, and prior experience is required. Pay will be discussed and is based on experience and qualifications. Paid factory training is provided.

Job Role

• Maintain service operations by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles
• Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles as well as other brands when necessary
• Perform maintenance services including fluid changes and light to heavy repairs
• Verify vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives and adjusting controls and systems
• Comply with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards
• Maintain vehicle records by documenting service and repairs
• Continue skill development through educational opportunities and technical publications
• Complete both web-based and in-person training at our Subaru training center

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $18.00 - $28.50 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift, 8 hour shifts, plus 2 Saturdays per month
