When you entrust your Subaru to our care, you're placing it in the hands of technicians who have undergone rigorous training to become Subaru Master Technicians. These technicians are part of our Factory Trained Teams, certified through Subaru of America specialized training programs.

Subaru Factory Training entails comprehensive instruction led by top technical instructors. Technicians gain hands-on experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing Subaru vehicles, focusing on critical components such as the SUBARU BOXER engine, Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive System, SUBARU EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, and SUBARU STARLINK.

Today we celebrate our newest Subaru Master Technician, Brenden Nighswonger.

Becoming a Subaru Master Technician is no small feat. It requires completing classes, including instructor-led courses and web-based classes. Additionally, technicians must hold eight ASE certifications (A1-A8) and pass all Subaru certification tests, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service care.

ASE certification, overseen by an independent, nonprofit organization, validates the expertise of automotive professionals and ensures the quality of automotive service and repair. With Subaru Master Technicians, you can trust that your vehicle is in capable hands, whether it's for routine maintenance or complex repairs.

Congratulations, Brenden!
