Partnership Standards

We seek partnerships that share our values, mission, and commitment to the community, and we welcome collaborations that reflect the intent and spirit of the Subaru Love Promise. If circumstances change and a partner organization, representative, or affiliated event no longer aligns with these values, we may choose to pause or conclude the partnership. Every decision is made with care, focusing on impact, integrity, and mutual respect, and always with the goal of protecting the trust we share with our community.

Storytelling & Media Use

We love sharing partner stories and celebrating the work we do together. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content captured by Adventure Subaru may be featured across our digital, print, and broadcast platforms, and may be edited or adapted to reflect Subaru Love Promise themes. While we don't offer compensation for the use of partner content or likeness, we're always happy to share when and where your story appears. For public-facing collaborations like on-camera interviews, photography, or broadcast features, we may ask participants to sign an appearance release form so we can showcase our shared efforts with confidence.
