  • I had my Outback in for routine maintenance yesterday for its semi annual check. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Cusick, the service advisor, who was extremely courteous, friendly and very professional! My appointment was at 11AM and I was out before noon! Always great service by the service team! Not only did my car get washed again but I got to spend a few minutes with Bella! Always a treat!

  • Went to Subaru in Mentor OH to look at vehicles. We were able to look without any pressure. Rhonda Webb & Bella helped us find the perfect vehicle & we stayed in our budget.   • Buying a car is one of my least favorite things. Bella and her team were easy to work with and kind throughout the process. I'm not sure if the dealership is no haggle or not - but it seemed that way and I greatly appreciated that. If you want a gentler car buying experience, go with Adventure Subaru. Worth the drive!

  • Make car buying easy. They allowed overnight test drive. Very understanding when 16” of snow made it last a little longer than a day for safety reasons. Took the time to explain the features after purchase. Great staff. Bella the dog was cute as anything!

  • I went into Adventure Subaru wanting to just look at a new car, but a few hours later I was able to drive home with what's become my dream car (Subaru Crosstrek, in such a pretty silver). Everyone there was so nice and friendly! The atmosphere was amazing, lovely vibes, not a lot of the colder, corporate feeling you get from other dealerships. Rhonda and Bella were amazing to work with, and everyone else was incredibly pleasant and approachable!

    It was my first time buying a car on my own, and I will definitely recommend this place going forward!

  • The whole Adventure Subaru Operation in Painesville is like going to one of your friend’s house to pick up your new vehicle. You are greeted at the door by “Bella” the Golden Doodle who is absolutely adorable. Joe Coolidge and Rhonda and Vickie made sure we got the right vehicle at the right price for our family. I can tell you that the overall Vibe of Adventure is a happy one. I would recommend anyone considering a New Subaru or a Pre-Owned vehicle to go and experience this 1st class experience. Service department is tops as well!
