I purchased a used 2022 Outback from another dealership in January 2025, where I had previously been taking it for service. A family member just bought a brand new 2026 Outback from here last month and recommended them, and since I was overdue for an oil change, I scheduled an appointment. Upon inspection, it turns out there were some issues with my vehicle which likely would've gone unnoticed, including an improperly sized air filter which (I assume) had been installed by the other dealership. So glad I brought my vehicle here, and I definitely will be returning! Also huge shoutout to Coley in the service department, he was excellent and thoroughly explained everything they found during the inspection.

Update June 2026: we continue to have great service from Adventure Subaru. I had a tire puncture that they repaired quickly and under the roadside assistance that covers tires purchased here, it was free! Also got regular service with Coley as the point of contact. 2/16/26 Current service was handled by Coley. I appreciate the fact that Adventure Suburu is willing to provide LOF & tire rotation for our 2018 Toyota RAV. I trust their process with our Forester, so having both vehicles serviced there is easier. They also include the full vehicle inspection service which helps to plan for any future maintenance issues that will be required.
