Took my 21 WRX in for engine light, was originally quoted thousands of dollars for a repair. After a couple days the service advisor Jim calls me. Mr Jim looked more into my account and found I still had a warranty for the repair and only had to pay hundred bucks instead of thousands. He also gave me a loaner so I could still commute to work as the repair would take approximately a week. The service department are blessed people and will try to help your situation.

I had my car serviced yesterday and it was the smoothest dealership experience I've ever had. All of my questions were answered, repeatedly so I could write it down as needed. 7/19/25- Had a great experience with Adventure Subaru when my cars dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree 3 days before I was headed out of state. Jim in service department got me in for a diagnostic that day and two days later I was able to take my trip. Catalytic converter problems and some other stabilization bar replaced. Very grateful to the technician that stayed late to get my car repaired. Highly recommend their service department.

9/24/25- routine oil change and all is good. The new system of watching them perform the maintenance check on live video is cool. Thank you Adventure Subaru!

I was there most recently for a repair for my 2024 Subaru Forrester. Jim was prepared for me when I arrived, had all of the paperwork in order, and made drop off a breeze. Not to mention, he has a good sense of humor which added a degree of fun to the experience. I appreciated that he explained the problem and solution to me.
