  • I had my Outback in for routine maintenance yesterday for its semi annual check. I had the pleasure of working with Tim Cusick, the service advisor, who was extremely courteous, friendly and very professional! My appointment was at 11AM and I was out before noon! Always great service by the service team! Not only did my car get washed again but I got to spend a few minutes with Bella! Always a treat!

  • I took my Subaru outback in for its 60,000 mile check up. I was able to curate the items on the list that I actually wanted to have fixed. They contacted me about pricing before they went ahead and did any of the fixes. They were accommodating by giving me a loaner for the day, which was greatly appreciated. Tim, my service representative was professional thorough friendly. Overall, it was a very good experience.

  • I was very pleased with my recent experience at Adventure Subaru. My 2023 Subaru Forester was in for its 16,877 check. While there, I was kept up to date on the progress of the inspection and what they found. Everything was explained to me and taken care of by Tim Cusick.

  • Stopped by to get my Forrester checked out and was greeted immediately by Tim after the Express door opened. Since I had a ride home, it was just a matter of waiting for the call. Everything went smoothly. I have had my SUV serviced there before when I have waited inside too. Always polite and kept me informed as to what my vehicle needed and how long I would be there. I will continue to take my vehicle to Adventure as I have been pleased with the results.

  • Professional service throughout whole ordeal. A part wasn’t in stock so a loaner was made that gave us a peace of mind instead of driving our compromised vehicle which could have been dangerous to drive.
