I didn’t really need a new Subaru, but I found myself on the Adventure website looking at the Crosstreks. The following day I received a text from Dan Pattison in Sales; I let him know I wasn’t really looking, but certainly would be open minded to hear about a lease on a Crosstrek. I told Dan that if I decided to move forward, I did not want to spend a great deal of time in the dealership. With that information, Dan was able to offer a very smart trade on a fantastic vehicle. We completed the entire transaction over text message, which I appreciated greatly. Coming from a family of Subaru owners, I did not need a test drive of the car. With that in mind, I spent less than ninety minutes in the dealership. Vicky and finance was amazing! She was clear and concise and somehow made paperwork signing fun. Dan went over every feature in the car, making certain that I didn’t miss any benefit or feature. Before I left, Dan made sure that I had my first service appointment on the calendar. I had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Dan and Adventure - and I love my new Crosstrek!

The whole Adventure Subaru Operation in Painesville is like going to one of your friend’s house to pick up your new vehicle. You are greeted at the door by “Bella” the Golden Doodle who is absolutely adorable. Joe Coolidge and Rhonda and Vickie made sure we got the right vehicle at the right price for our family. I can tell you that the overall Vibe of Adventure is a happy one. I would recommend anyone considering a New Subaru or a Pre-Owned vehicle to go and experience this 1st class experience. Service department is tops as well!
